Addis Ababa, November 28, 2019 (FBC) – President Sahle-Work Zewde held bilateral talks with Rwanda President Paul Kagame on the sidelines of the Global Gender Summit held in Kigali.
The two leaders discussed bilateral and regional issues, according to office of the President.
Similarly, the President received heads of UN Habitat and the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) at the National Palace.
During a meeting with Maimunah Mohd, UN Habitat Executive Director, the two discussed the various activities that UN Habitat has undertaken in Ethiopia.
In her discussion with the President, Lisa Filipetto, head of UNSOS commended Ethiopia’s efforts to ensure peace in Somalia.
